The department ofOise is currently in yellow to the rain and flood. This vigilance is established by Météo France Until this Saturday, January 25 at noon.
Winds up to 45 km/h
These intense rains are linked to the passage of the Eowyn storm in northwestern France. The storm should above all touch Ireland and the United Kingdom. Part of Brittany should also undergo strong precipitation and wind.
In the Hauts-de-France and in the Oise more particularly, the winds should not exceed 45 km/h. As for the rains, the latter will be less intense. The fact remains that this precipitation is not without consequences.
Rains that slow down the decline
The department is indeed still in yellow alert, floods this time, according to Vigicrues. These intense rains tend to slow down the decrease which had started, especially in the average Oise sector (in Noyonnais). Vigicrues warns that overflows can be observed locally. The water level should once again go up with these moderate rains. But Vigicrues assures that this flood remains “usual for the season”.
