At Bellicart district of Compiègne,, Nicolas and Michèle Guyonnet installed their respective activities at 36 rue de Soissons. One is osteopath and the other is interior designer. They inaugurated their premises recently.
Nicolas Guyonnet is devoted to the development and interior design. After having followed a solid training in this area, he gave life to his dream, partly turned towards the renovation of houses and housing. He established his 3D plans in photorealism. “This allows you to see an extremely faithful result of what the project will be and possibly to modify without constraint the details, colors, locations …”
In the neighboring commercial premises is the Michèle osteopathy cabinet. “After fifteen years of marriage, we wanted to land and stay close,” she said, about this joint project.

Michèle Guyonnet also has a nurse’s office in Attichy
A small passage in the cabinet of Michèle allows you to know everything about its retraining. “Liberal nurse for 20 years, I wanted to continue my activity for the benefit of patient care but I was very interested in osteopathy” recognizes that whose liberal nurse’s office is still in Attichy. After training in a specialized school in Biarritz, Michèle gave life to her professional project.
Formerly occupied by a moving company, the place has changed assignment but also of “look”.
In the midst of a restructuring, the Bellicart district now displays a new future. A veterinary cabinet has just opened its doors in front of the Guyonnet and other locations are envisaged
The Bellicart district, a small village
Beyond the city ramparts, the border imposed by the majestic castle and its domain, Bellicart has always taken on the appearance of a small village. Composed of charming individual housing with moderate rent thanks to the partnership of the Savings Fund, it also displayed an industrial vocation.
He notably received companies such as Compiègne construction workshops (which has become ACC the Jonchère Systems) or the gas plant installed under Louis-Philippe whose imposing gasometers dominated the district and symbolically marked the entrance.
At the same time, Bellicart played the sports card. Welcoming the Tennis Club or the holiday field which received the famous Jeanne d’Arc festivals, and more recently the capitals of circuses or horse sports events.
188 accommodation under construction
The Paul-Petitpoisson stadium replaced this vast grassy place, also housing the offices of the Arc Sports Office. Close to Oise, Bellicart also has a very busy marina throughout the year.
The “thirty glorious” saw little evolution in this district, with the exception of the modern Saint-Eloi church which was born in 1960. But Bellicart finds a new youth with creation, in place of the factory gas which has become useless, a program of 188 collective dwellings and 22 individual houses.
“This new Estacade district is open,” explains Benjamin Oury, elected delegate for town planning. In the process, commercial spaces will appear. Like a mini -market, enlargement of the Port pharmacy, medical house in the old Guérin house.
