Fanny Anor is the news prefect of Aisne. The inauguration ceremony took place on Monday, November 25, in front of the Laon war memorial, where she laid a wreath.
Succeeding Thomas Campeaux, who held the position since 2021, she was until now director of the cabinet of Prime Minister Gabriel Attal. She was also his chief of staff when he was Minister of Education and Youth.
A graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Lyon, with a degree in history, she was a history and geography teacher at high school. An education specialist, she has also worked on public finances.
From 2013 to 2017, she fulfilled the mission of study manager from 2013 to 2017 at the Institut Montaigne. Alongside the public affairs manager, she participated in disseminating the Institute’s work to public authorities. The Montaigne Institute offers studies and debates on public policies “in the service of the general interest”.
His predecessor leaves for Indre-et-Loire
Before leaving Aisne for Indre-et-Loire, Prefect Thomas Campeaux received the insignia of Knight of the Legion of Honor from the President of Aisne Thomas Fricoteaux. This distinction was presented to him during his official departure ceremony, Thursday November 21.
Aged 48, Thomas Campeaux is a former ENA (Copernic promotion). He began his career as an auditor at the Council of State, rapporteur in the litigation section, in 2002.
Passed through the sub-prefectures of Meuse (in 2006) and Saint-Paul de la Réunion (2008), he joined the Ministry of Civil Service (2012), then the Council of State (2012, master of requests , “litigation” and “public works” sections).
He then joined the Ministry of the Interior as director of public liberties and legal affairs (2016). Then he became State Councilor (2017). Before taking the post of prefect of Aisne from 2021 to 2024.
