Christmas is in a month. And the towns of Oise are already starting to organize their traditional Christmas markets. And the town of Liancourt is the first to launch the festivities in the department, since its own opened its doors this Saturday, November 16 in the morning. It continues all day, as well as Sunday November 17. Santa Claus is even there. Already !
The meeting takes place on Place Lucien-Charton, in the city center. Under marquees, around forty exhibitors. Among which are art and food artisans. Ideal for starting some shopping to prepare for the holidays.
Raffles, carriages, concerts…
Added to this are some animations. Like carriage rides, a makeup workshop for children, raffles and a drawing competition.
Two concerts are also planned: West Indian hymns this Saturday at 4 p.m., as well as the Musicale de Monchy-Laigneville on Sunday November 17 at 5 p.m.
Another meeting on the agenda
Liancourt is due to host another major event which also coincides with the end-of-year celebrations. This is the traditional arts and crafts and gastronomy fair.
The 39th edition is held, like every year, in the Guy-Lejeune room. See you Saturday November 30 and Sunday December 1.
Free entry.
