The Parc d’Isle, a true natural oasis in the heart of Saint-Quentin, joins forces with the Marais d’Isle Nature Reserve to offer a unique space for leisure and relaxation. This nearly 100 hectare park, popular with Saint-Quentinois residents, harmoniously combines environment and leisure activities: picnics, treetop adventure courses, playgrounds, discovery trails and much more. The site, completely renovated since 2021, with the new Maison du Parc and a redeveloped animal park, continues to evolve to offer an even more pleasant experience to visitors.
In this context, Parc d’Isle is launching a call for applications for the establishment of food trucks on its site, with the aim of offering a fast food offering to its visitors, on the square in front of the Maison du Parc. The objective is to offer a range of savory and sweet products, as well as non-alcoholic drinks, while promoting healthy, local and quality food.
Occupation of the public domain will be granted to the selected service provider for a period of one year, from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
Applications will be selected based on several criteria. The quality/price ratio of the services offered is an important element, as well as the origin of the products, with priority given to short circuits, local and/or organic products. The dishes offered must be homemade, creative and healthy, while being easy to enjoy on site. Particular attention will be paid to compliance with health standards, and candidates must provide a detailed presentation of their equipment and processes guaranteeing the cold chain. The aesthetics of the food truck are also an essential criterion, as well as the visual integration with the natural environment of the park. Finally, an eco-responsible approach will be expected, particularly in terms of waste management, ecological packaging and the fight against food waste.
Food truck projects must be sent before Friday December 6, 2024, 6 p.m.
The selected candidates will have the opportunity to join an exceptional natural setting, while contributing to the quality of the catering offer for the many visitors to Parc d’Isle.
