First exercise of its kind for Sabine Alisse, director of the Isarian hospital center of Clermont / Fitz-Jamesbut also multiple structures scattered throughout the Oise, pronounced his very first vows as head of the establishment, Thursday January 16.
She readily admits that she still needs to discover the many facets of her establishment specializing solely in mental health. A structure which remains one of the main providers of jobs in the department in general, and in Clermontois in particular. After all, it’s only been a little over four months since Sabinne Alisse took office.
Recruitment, the priority
As when he arrived, the director of the CHI placed emphasis on recruitment and attractiveness measures. “These enabled the recruitment of nearly 50 professionals in 2024,” explains Sabine Alisse. And to highlight the IFSI /IFAS Lucien-Floury, based on the CHI sites. More particularly in Fitz-James.
“It welcomes 416 students all year round,” adds Sabine Alisse. Hoping to keep some of them once their training is completed.
Even if the shortage of health professionals remains constant within the mental health establishment, the new director also praised the staff present, still on duty despite the sometimes difficult tasks. “Let’s not forget that the first ambassadors of the CHI are you,” said Sabine Alisse to her audience.
Work throughout the department
The manager also gave an update on the architectural works and projects within the different centers. In Clermont itself, the CHI is working with the town hall to acquire buildings close to its historic center, in the city center. Concerning Fitz-James, new buildings are being built
Added to this are new premises in Beauvais, rented to the hospital. Opening planned for January. Or the creation of a day hospital in Senlis for May 2025. New buildings must also be delivered soon to Creil.
