A biosourced building
This project was carried out from 2021 with the help of the services of theagglomeration of Beauvaisis to define the objectives, the action plan and choose the service providers. The project management entrusted to Picardy architectural firm Frédéric Bauer represented by the architects Marie Descombes And Marie Deplanquewas able to respond to the wishes of the town hall and its future users involved in the project, while respecting the set budget: carrying out a bio-sourced building which is integrated into the existing heritage with natural materials and insulating properties quality.
The complex erected in the heart of the village was designed to integrate perfectly with the existing structure, near a listed building. The structure modular will allow future municipal teams to develop the project according to needs at a lower cost.
This project was made possible thanks to the help of financial partners: the State represented by Frédéric Bovetsub-prefect, the department represented by Brigitte Lefèbvrevice-president of the departmental council, and of the Beauvaisis agglomeration represented by its president, Caroline Cayeuxwith a loan from the Territories Bank.
