We have known for some time now that Michel Lebrun And Sandrine Dauchelle will probably never spend their vacation together. The technical director of the Judo club is terribly angry with the mayor of Noyon to have drastically reduced subsidies to associations. “Besides, our club has still not received anything for 2024,” notes Michel Lebrun. As if by chance…”
Recent events are unlikely to warm up relations between the judoka and the mayor, who is also president, without delegation, of the Community of Communes of Pays Noyonnais. On the night of Friday December 27 to Saturday December 28, Michel Lebrun was indeed the victim of a caravan theft.
He denounces things via a new video
“I live in Noyon, rue d’Orroire,” he explains in a short video. It’s not the most beautiful street in Noyon but it’s my street. I work two minutes from where I live. So I’m quite happy to be here, in Noyon, it’s quite nice.”
And the judoka continues. “We had a very big tax increase. We are in the top three, I think, at the departmental level. So, in exchange, we can expect great benefits. Great services which would at least allow us to have light at night. I’ve been saying it for months: it’s very dangerous to turn off the street lights. Whether for traffic or for petty theft. It’s dark in the dark. You can’t see anything at night. At 12:30 a.m., the lights are turned off. And so this is what happens: there, the little window of my utility vehicle was smashed. The little window was broken and all my tools and all the chocolates that the students had given me were hit. So, I shouldn’t have left them in the Partner. We tell ourselves that we’re working a little early so it’s no big deal to leave things behind. Well no, you shouldn’t leave your belongings in the Partner in a city where you don’t turn on the lights after 12:30 a.m. There you go, everything is off and what’s the point of paying taxes? On top of that, all the cameras there are in Noyon, don’t worry… The companies that have to maintain them are not paid. Like many companies that work with the city of Noyon. So it’s not maintained. There will be no images. That’s a shame, really a shame. Where do the taxes go? I don’t know. I will see January 11 and the mayor’s wishes. I think it must go there. We need to wake up, children. It’s high time to wake up. Really !”
Complaints galore!
Michel Lebrun’s fed up can be understood. Because in addition to this theft, he has to face some somewhat cavalier maneuvers from the town hall since he became, in a way, the spokesperson for the angry associations. Sandrine Dauchelle and one of his deputies (Benoît Goullieux, according to our information) filed a complaint against him. We reassure you: several elected officials from Noyon have also filed complaints, on several occasions, against the journalists of Oise Hebdo. In this team, obviously, we like to file complaints. At the same time, it is the taxpayer who pays the lawyer’s fees… Coming back to Sandrine Dauchelle and Benoît Goullieux, they obviously do not like the parody videos, often hilarious, of Michel Lebrun. Hence yet another complaint.
A letter to the French Federation
The town hall also saw fit to send a letter to the French Judo Federation to complain about the behavior of Michel Lebrun. “But as we have nothing to reproach ourselves for, it’s not a big deal,” smiles Michel Lebrun. The latter nevertheless fears that the town hall will still cause him some problems regarding the provision of rooms for the smooth running of the club’s activities.
On January 11, it is more than likely that Michel Lebrun will participate in the demonstration planned in front of the Chevalet, at the time when Sandrine Dauchelle must speak for the traditional, but frankly not essential, ceremony of the mayor’s wishes.
