The collective AVA (Let’s abolish hunting today) announced this Tuesday, November 26 on its social networks, the dead of a big deer with 14 horns. According to the collective, the Rivecourt crew killed the animal by Laigue forest this Sunday, November 24.
the Indian, “one of the most beautiful deer in the Laigue forest”
“This Sunday, in the Laigue forest, residents of Saint-Crépin reported an unusual fact to us: sounds of horns and packs on a Sunday? This is the Rivecourt crew, which is tracking down one of the most beautiful deer in the Laigue forest, nicknamed the Indian” (because of its great chief’s headdress)!”, announces AVA Compiègne on his social networks.
During this hunt, the deer would have been stalked for several hours before being killed between the villages of Rethondes and of Saint-Crépin-aux-Bois.
“Large deer can be counted on the fingers of one hand”
In its communication, the collective draws a parallel with the death of the Black deer in 2020 or the Octopus in 2022. More recently, the Epine deer was killed in the Compiègne forest. At the end of last October, three large deer were also killed during hound hunts.
“The Rivecourt huntsmen brutally ended the life of one of the largest deer in the forest, admired by all local photographers,” laments AVA before adding: “The large deer can now be counted on the fingers of a single hand in the forest of Laigue and Ourscamps.”
On social networks, Stanislas Broniszewski publishes a video in which we see a slideshow presenting photos of the animal a few moments before its death, all to the music of the film the Seventh Company. “Death is just a joke for these soulless degenerates, raised on blood and cynicism. A whole part of our society is rotten,” says the spokesperson for the AVA Compiègne collective.
