“The years to come will be decisive for the future of our city. I am more determined than ever to commit myself to continuing to make Senlis an example in terms of economic, cultural, tourist, environmental dynamism and quality of life. This is the reason why I will represent myself municipal elections of 2026.”
This Thursday, January 9, Pascale Loiseleurthe mayor of Senlis concluded her wishes by announcing that she would run again in the municipal elections of 2026. Before getting there, the elected official had highlighted the results of the municipality in place and mentioned some current or future projects. “I claim to believe that the work that we have been doing with my team for more than ten years to maintain and create jobs, build new housing and a crèche, or even maintain and renovate our magnificent heritage is paying off. Perseverance also pays off. Thus, we work every day with municipal services to improve the city’s living environment and infrastructure. We have put in place multi-year plans for roads, renovations of schools and green spaces. This is how Senlis has proudly preserved its 4th flower!”
More than 6 million daily jobs
For Pascale Loisleur, “2024 was an exceptional year in terms of investment since we carried out more than 6 million daily jobs. I am thinking in particular of work in schools and sports facilities, as well as road repairs, for example the entire repair of the roadway on Rue Notre Dame de Bon Secours. In 2025, major road works still await us because we will completely redo Rue du Haut de Villevert and renovate Avenue du Maréchal Joffre. For young people, the services’ priority this year is to carry out renovation work on the two city stadiums, in Val d’Aunette and Bon Secours.
In the sporting field, the mayor recorded “the creation of two Padel courts within the Yves Carlier complex. We also carry out large-scale operations, such as eco-energy work in the Beauval (insulation), Carlier (lighting), Anne de kyiv (roofing) gymnasiums. Indeed, we want to place the energy transition at the heart of our renovation programs. This is why we are continuing our energy sobriety plan, launched in 2022: in these difficult financial times, it seems essential to us to pay less while consuming less.”
SMUR is back
Pascale Loiseleur also devoted part of her speech to the hospital. “The SMUR (Mobile Emergency and Resuscitation Service) of Senlis has resumed its activities since November 12, after several months of interruption. We welcome this news and you can count on me to continue to advocate for the reopening of emergencies. Other good news for the Senlis hospital: the level 3 maternity unit obtained the “Baby Friendly Hospital” label a few months ago. And outpatient surgery procedures have increased significantly. 2025 will see in particular the renovation of the boarding school, which will help to improve the attractiveness of the site. In addition, during heritage days, we will celebrate the 1000 years of the hospital.”
“This will be an unlabeled list”
To conclude her remarks, the mayor of Senlis therefore announced that she would be a candidate in the 2026 elections. But she did not specify under what colors. “It will be a list without a label,” those around him assure us. Either. But as Pascale Loisleur is none other than number 2, in Oise, of the Renaissance party, it would be more accurate to mention a list without a label led by a Macronist. And all the more so since one of his deputies, Véronique Ludmann, happens to be the deputy of the Renaissance deputy Eric Woerth.
In any case, it is the prefecture which decides, at its discretion, on the labels. And it is more than likely that the list led by Pascale Loiseleur will receive the Renaissance label. Or maybe it’s completely incomprehensible…
