Oise milk producers are calling for better remuneration from Danone

THE Young farmers of Oise and FDSEA were once again mobilized with their counterparts in Seine-Maritime in front of the factory Danone of Ferrière-en-Bray (76), this Monday, February 10. They criticize the big brand for remunerating producers about 20 € less in the 1,000 liters than in other dairy. They claim an increase and threaten to block the factory on Wednesday if nothing moves.

The threat of repeating at the end of 2022

This is not the first time that the breeders of the Oise have gathered in front of Danone with those of Healthy-Maritime. Already in October 2022 they had blocked the factory for several days before obtaining a readjustment of € 25 in the price of milk.
