However, Karim Ouaali, well known in Oise, is a shareholder in the company Build Consulting BTP. It is this company from Villeneuve-sous-Dammartin which is at the center of the waste trafficking case in which Jean-François Dardenne was placed in police custody on December 3, 2024.
Karim Ouaali is a shareholder of 33 shares out of 100 in the company Build Consulting BTP, or a third of the company’s shares. The two other share holders are Gilles Hervieu, resident of Oise, and Franck Laronde, resident of the Paris region.
A company from Villeneuve-sous-Dammartin (77)
The Paris prosecutor’s office indicated that three people had been placed in pre-trial detention on December 5, 2024, after the police custody which concerned Jean-François Dardenne. It is likely that these are the three owners of the Build BTP company. But this is not confirmed.
Pretrial detention serves in particular to prevent people involved in a case from communicating with each other.
Convicted for his Magnum 357
Karim Ouaali is well known in the Oise. Boss of a construction company, he was sentenced on July 7, 2015 to 5 months in prison and banned from possessing a weapon for 5 years. He was accused of possessing an undeclared weapon. Not a fairground toy: a Magnum 357.
The Hell’s Angels of Villeneuve-sous-Dammartin
Karim Ouaali is also known for his closeness to the biker group, the Hell’s Angels.
Moreover, a disturbing detail, when we go to Google maps and type in the address of the company Build Consulting BTP, in Villeneuve-sous-Dammartin, 8, rue des Acacias, we find, right opposite, in the same small street, on a sign titled Hells Angels Nomads. “Nomads” are groups of bikers. They have a page instagram.
The Paris prosecutor’s office also indicates that “several managers and employees of this company (Build BTP) are also active members of the Hells Angels.”
Finally, Karim Ouaali is known in the Oise in the world of café restaurants. He was in an establishment in Rantigny. He also took care of the Santa Cruz, in Laigneville, an establishment which had several good seasons in the 2000s. It was a pub, a snack bar, there was rock’n roll, tattoo artists passing by and big motorcycles.
It is obvious that Karim Ouaali is completely innocent in this affair.
