I am interested in there being a double reading as soon as possible, then if there is no qualified majority yes it will go to a referendum. Indeed, on a delicate and controversial matter like this I personally believe it is right, indeed I would prefer, that the voters express their opinion and that it is therefore subjected to a referendum”.
