An early Christmas present. For the first time, there will be a Christmas ice rink in Mouy. Somewhat to everyone’s surprise, the municipality announced it on its social networks on Thursday, December 5. The equipment must be installed on the town hall squarefrom Saturday December 14 to Wednesday December 18.
The decision to set up this event was taken in the Finance Committee on December 2. It is explained, again according to the town hall, by obtaining an unexpected grant. Elected officials had also mentioned it during the previous municipal council in November.
Open to all
The Christmas ice rink opens every day. Saturday Sunday and Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. For other days, daytime time slots are reserved from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Then to the general public from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Entrance is free. Equipment for toddlers is available. An inauguration is scheduled to take place Saturday, December 14 at 2 p.m.
