Chiraz Beldjoudi was distinguished in the Young Shooting category. The young woman created her firm BLJ Experts with the help of BGE Picardie. His company offers legal services in social law to VSEs (very small businesses) and SMEs (small and medium-sized businesses), particularly located in working-class neighborhoods.

The Talents des Cities competition, supported by the State Secretariat to the Minister of the Interior, responsible for Citizenship and the Fight against Discrimination, is managed by the BPI (Public Investment Bank) as part of the program Neighborhood entrepreneurship 2030.
