10 of the ESC’s Bachelor students “responsible for business development” will apprentice with the Century 21 teams. They will follow additional courses, adapted to the real estate sector.
“The strong point of ESC Compiègne is to meet the skills needs of companies in its region,” believes its director. Work-study training allows companies to recruit employees trained specifically to meet their needs.
François-Xavier Cavel, director of 6 Century 21 agencies, therefore called on the ESC “to strengthen its teams by welcoming work-study students”. “We will also sign other partnerships of this type with companies in the coming year,” continues the director.

Training adapted to the needs of Century 21
Lasting 10 months, the Bachelor Business Development Manager of the ESC will deliver 2 days of lessons at school and 3 days in the workplace. The layout of the courses meets the specific skills needs of Century 21. Work-study students at Century 21 will follow tutorials specifically dedicated to real estate. Some will even be led by company managers.
For other courses, Century 21 learners will integrate with other Bachelor students. The objective is to maximize interactions between work-study students so that they can compare their experiences.
ESC Compiègne has a student body of 400 and offers post-baccalaureate to Bac+5 training.
