The Stokomani site located at the Alata park in Creil Verneuil-en-Halatte does not go unnoticed with its 4000 m2 floor space. But when employees observe a strike movement, this is also visible. This is what happened on Monday November 18 from 1 p.m. An inter-union mobilization including the CFDT, FO, CGT and CFE-CGC called employees to a day of action, gathering and therefore demonstration.
Why this mobilization? Well quite simply, according to the unions: “it is clear that management has not responded to most of the employees’ proposals and demands put forward by the union organizations”.
Not having been satisfied, particularly with the agreement on teleworking, the employees decided to step up for this first day which could well call for a continuation of the mobilization. Among the demands is the current teleworking agreement but also the conformity of the famous “Papo”, the prime annual operational performance.
The employees decided to strike to assert their demands.
At the end of the day, a meeting was scheduled with management.
“We expect a lot from this meeting,” said the staff representatives with conviction.
