Well, the result was worse than what he might think.

The final sanction, that recommended by the magistrate, ends up falling. Five months of suspension, two of which were suspended from salary.
“There has already been a sanction,” said the mayor

For my part, I followed the opinion formed by this same magistrate. I still remind you that this commission is completely independent and that it is rare that it sanctions an agent. To sanction, or at least claim this important sanction, it was necessary to rely on testimonies. Well, testimonies, there are at least two dependents. It is impossible to check, they are anonymous. Are they admissible besides? A priori … yes.
“The magistrate knows perfectly who are the authors of the certificates, but as they have the right, they can claim anonymity, simply to avoid possible future conflicts,” said the first magistrate in turn.

These certificates are in the affirmative, recounting remarks that would make a parallel with the History Cahuzac and its account in Switzerland, formally denied at the time by the main interested party. I think the DGS must learn to manage its frustration. He must learn to answer questions and should not grind people who do their job properly because they have asked a question that may seem disturbing to him. This situation is all the more crazy since it was Mr. Pope who first approached the articles of Oise Hebdo on his son’s contracts “during this meeting,” pleads Nelly.
A sanction that makes a stain
A sanction with loss of salary in a city on the left is still a stain.
