- 79 companies were subject to judicial liquidation proceedings (compared to 58 in 2023). And 200 companies were subject to the opening of a reinforced judicial liquidation procedure (compared to 188 in 2023).
Concrete plans adopted
As for the concrete plans adopted to resolve these difficulties, in 2024:
- 6 backup plans (compared to 4 in 2023)
- 19 recovery plans (compared to 11 in 2023)
- 3 disposal plans (compared to 2 in 2023).
These procedures affected 673 jobs in 2024, compared to 909 in 2023.
