Original Compiegnois, Baki Ceylon previously held, in Senlis, an establishment called the… Ask Café, from 2021 to 2024. The Senlis establishment was a length, without restoration. In Compiègne, Baki will take care of orders at the bar and the administrative, while Antoine, from Nogent-sur-Oise, will manage the kitchen. The duo recruited two employees to operate the catering at noon and evening.
