Since this year, the agglomeration of the Baie de Somme has launched a new bulky items, replacing automatic door-to-door collection. From now on, it is possible to benefit from a more flexible and environmentally friendly service, available by appointment. This service is intended for individual houses as well as for buildings of less than 10 apartments, with a limit of 3m³ of bulky items per appointment.
To make an appointment, several options are available to you: you can fill out a form directly online via the agglomeration website, send your request by email to the collection ofchets@ca-baiesme.fr, or call 03 22 20 34 37.
In an eco-responsible approach, the Agglo also encourages alternatives to the jet of objects. Before getting rid of your bulky items, remember to have them repaired thanks to workshops or local professionals. You can also offer your unused goods to associations or resell them via online platforms or local scholarships. Finally, don’t forget to sort your waste to optimize their recycling.
