When the buildings were put up for sale, the city of Clermont contacted the Etablissement public Foncier de l’Oise (EPFLO). This structure acquired the building for 250,000 euros. Since then, it has carried out asbestos removal and upgrading work there, in preparation for its future activity. It is now a question of returning the building to the municipality. She purchased it for around 171,000 euros.
