A world tour in several works
The art of diversity thus proposes to discover the work and creations of women of all ages. And also from all over the world. Exhibited artists come, among others from France, Poland, Belgium, Austria, the United Kingdom, the United States, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Japan, China, Vietnam, D ‘ Indonesia, Iran, Morocco and Algeria.
In short, a world tour, where each work reflects a personal vision and its own artistic identity. But, at the same time, a multiplicity of techniques and disciplines. The different achievements include photography, painting, engraving, sculpture or textiles.
Only 15% female art in national collections
“If the talents are fairly distributed and access to artistic training opens more and more in the world to female artists, their works remain far less presented than those of men,” explains the organizing association. “Today only 15% of the works appearing in the national collections were produced by women”.
On the occasion of International Women’s Rights Day and Opening, also proposed to participate in collective embroidery around a poetic reading dedicated to women.
