There Val-d’Oise gendarmerie just communicated on a caravan theft which occurred at Chamblyin the south of the Oise. According to the military, the theft was reported in the parking lot of a Camblysian supermarket. The motorized platoon from Beaumont-sur-Oise (95) then moved to monitor several roads in order to find the black Opel Zafira on board which the thieves allegedly fled.
Their surveillance pays off and they manage to intercept the reported car. The four individuals who were traveling in the vehicle were immediately arrested and taken into custody. And the stolen items were found.
The Chambly brigade takes over
Once the objects were discovered, the Val-d’Oise gendarmes handed the suspects over to their counterparts in the Chambly brigade. On social networks, the police remind us of some basic rules to avoid theft from cars. And announce that they will be “even more present on the ground so that you have a happy holiday season“.
