The firefighters and SAMU made the trip in Avrechy for a quad accidentMonday January 20. Around 8 a.m., a motor vehicle ended its journey in an agricultural field. The circumstances of the accident remain to be determined.
“I went there once I was informed,” says Astrid Lequen, mayor of this small town in Plateau Picard. “The gentleman is part of a company that does surveys for farmers. I was asked for the contact details of the farmer who owns the place.”
An injured person
The elected official continues: “these are machines equipped with special devices. He may have been unbalanced.” The owner of the field lives in the neighboring town of Valescourt.
As for the victim, emergency services took care of him and transported him to Clermont hospital.
