“The crime of attempted kidnapping in an organized gang is punishable by 30 years of criminal imprisonment.” The public prosecutor at Senlis Loïc Abril makes this clarification, at the end of the arrest of three menTuesday February 11 and their incarceration. They are suspected of having committed a violent assault on a 22 -year -old woman. Facts committed in Nogent-sur-Oise, on the night of February 8 to 9.
“The Creil police officers placed a first suspect in police custody from February 9 in the evening,” said the magistrate in a statement. “Then, three other alleged authors on February 11 in the morning”. Of the four accused, a person was “put out of the case and released by decision of the prosecution”.
Attempted abduction in organized gang and voluntary violence
The three remaining protagonists, “men aged 42 to 69, one of whom was already known to justice, especially for violence and threats,” added Loïc Abial, were finally presented to the Senlis prosecutor’s office on February 13. All were indicted for “attempted kidnapping in organized gang and voluntary violence in a meeting that led to a work inability more than 8 days.”
The liberty and detention judge has placed these three individuals in pre -trial detention. An investigating judge must “clarify the motivations and determine if other persons participated in the fact commission.”
Found in hypothermia
During the night of February 8 to 9, 2025 in the town of Nogent-sur-Oise, a 22-year-old young woman was discovered in a state of hypothermia on rue du Sémaphore. She was carrying out traces of “various wounds”. After a long resuscitation, the firefighters revived the victim and transporting him to the hospital. “To date, it remains in a very worrying state of health,” said the Senlis prosecutor.
A few hours before her inanimate discovery, the young woman wandered not far from the stadium near the Curie high school. She was incoherent but frightened according to witnesses who sought to help her. Then around two o’clock, these same witnesses attended his abduction, pushed into a car. The three people placed in detention remain presumed innocent of the alleged facts.
