Oise weekly obtained the report – for the time being confidentially – of the Regional chamber of accounts (CRC) concerning the management of the city of Noyon. A report that overwhelms the financial management of Sandrine Dauchelle, mayor of Noyon since 2020.
In its report, the CRC notes a degradation of finance since 2021 and especially 2023, calling into question the choices made by the mayor and his teams.

In their synthesis, financial magistrates have also repeatedly noted the lack of transparency in the award of certain markets, and underlined possible conflicts of interest. Markets that have landed in the hands of personalities close to the Les Républicains party by Sandrine Dauchelle. The Regional Chamber of Accounts finally underlines how Sandrine Dauchelle exploded the legal costs under her mandate, and even, charged by the city its own legal costs and fine.
This report should, in a slightly modified version, (only with regard to the “observations” of Mayor Sandrine Dauchelle, we will come back in a future article) to be made public the day after the next municipal council in Noyon.
