A punitive operation following a dispute between teenagers over a broken window pane on a house near the station that young people reproach each other by telephone messages.
Prosecuted for “arrest, kidnapping, kidnapping or arbitrary detention followed by release before the 7th day” following the complaint of the parents of the minor, Alexandre Bonnard and Dimitri Objois do not fare well before the criminal court on Thursday January 9.
Learning of the dispute, the major sidekicks each set off on their own in the direction of Milly-sur-Thérain For “give a lesson“, one of the teenagers involved in the dispute complaining of being accused “wrongly” through messages on his phone. A commando operation gets involved with the complicity of Dimitri Objois, behind the wheel after a drunken barbecue at lunchtime.
Two other teenagers for whom this operation is being carried out, one of whom is placed in a foster home in Beauvais, find themselves put in the car with the two adults. During this evening, Jules received punches by one of the two teenagers in question, leading to his fall on a safety barrier, fortunately, without gravity.
Kidnapped in front of the town hall
Seeing the Golf driven by one of the two protagonists rushing towards them in front of the town hall, the young people run away. A chase heads towards Jules, targeted, followed by the driver.
When he reached him, the driver ordered him to stop and climb into the vehicle, threatening him.Stop or I’ll take out my 9 millimeter“, “to impress him” he said shyly on the stand.
Out of fear, Jules complies, forcefully dragged into the back of the vehicle by Alexandre Bonnard who gets out of the car “annoyed” according to the victim and witnesses. Grabbed by the neck, the latter climbs into the back of the vehicle with the two other teenagers. The vehicle sets off again at full speed towards the station.
He sees his last hour coming
In the car, Jules, frightened, sees his last hour approaching when he hears his kidnappers say that they are taking him away.in a wood to bury him” with threats: “I’m going to beat the shit out of you and send you and your family to eat the worms.“
Paratastic by this kidnapping, the victim’s friends quickly come to their senses and alert their parents who are distraught. Warned and very worried, Jules’ parents immediately set off in search of their son, worried about not seeing him alive again. Anxious, they set out to look for him, going so far as to scan the edges of the fields.
Released thanks to parental intervention
A mother calls Jules’ cell phone who finds the courage to answer while he is in the presence of his kidnappers who signal him not to answer and to be silent. The informed parents join them at the station.
What follows is heated discussion with one of the parents who attacks adults who are unaware of the seriousness of their actions. Alexandre Bonnard is punched in the nose, bloody. This intervention will allow the teenager to be released to return him to his parents after long minutes of fearsafe and sound, but traumatized.
Alerted by the victim’s father, the police went to their home. Around 8:50 p.m., they were welcomed by the family who explained to them what happened in the presence of their son.
A pure coincidence according to the accomplices
Returning to his home in Songeons alone on foot, as he did not have a vehicle, Alexandre Bonnard grabbed an iron stake that he said he found “by chance” in a field along his route: “You never know, given how big it was.” he dares at the bar.
For the defendants, this trip to Milly-sur-Thérain towards the group of young people was a “pure chance“. One claiming that he was returning from Beauvais where he had gone to buy car parts, it was then that he came across the group of young people they did not know, in front of the town hall, where his accomplice also made by his own means “without knowing the young people” and without bad intention, following telephone exchanges: “I do not know Milly-sur-Thérain nor this young man. I wasn’t going there for that.”
Telephone that he took care to leave with his father who hosted him in Songeons when he worked in Beauvais.
A prepared commando operation
A gesture which testifies in the eyes of all the magistrates to a carefully prepared reprehensible operation and to inappropriate adult behavior making them less credible in the eyes of all.
The assertions and declarations of the two defendants do not hold up in the eyes of the court: “You have to be consistent, it’s not a coincidence!” growls the president.
“The gendarmes who spoke of sequestrationfor me, it’s on television!” wonders Alexandre Bonnard at the helm. “Taking someone against their will, even for 10 minutes, is a kidnapping !” the president retorts.
“The facts are extremely serious, we are not on television. Everything suggests that this commando mission was carefully prepared. The consequences could have been much more serious. When Jules is kidnapped, his comrades are paralyzed. What example do you think you will give as adults to these adolescents? Jules’ release was not voluntary. It took parental intervention.” argues Maître Bulard, lawyer for the civil party represented by the parents of Jules, a minor.
Seen by the Justice Medical Unit, Jules had one day of ITT, then 3 days in the Beauvais emergency room. “It’s very small compared to the psychological impact!” asks the lawyer astonished. Not to mention the anguish of the parents who thought they would not find their son alive.
Heavy trauma
Following the events, the family decided to delay their departure on vacation planned for the next day.
Facing the psychological impact which will require several sessions of psychological follow-up for the young man who was waiting for this hearing to begin this therapy, the civil party is claiming 10,000 euros in damages on behalf of the young man, and 5,000 euros for the parents and 1,213 euros in defense costs.
A pleading joined by the Public Prosecutor’s Office which underlines the concordance of the statements of the victim’s relatives in the face of the hazardous and not very credible statements of the defendants. “Two adults who attack a teenager, especially in the presence of two other minors“, in a car driving at high speed with a driver under the influence of alcohol.
Known to the courts
Already known by the courts for similar acts of violence in meetings, theft, driving under the influence of alcohol, violence on the road… their criminal record does not speak in their favor. The Public Prosecutor’s Office requires 6 months for the two defendants without modification of the sentence with a ban on possessing or carrying a weapon for 5 years.
“I’m taking my head out of the water, they’re putting it back in. I prefer to ask for fine days to go to work.” tries Alexandre Bonnard in his defense.
The court follows the requisitions by condemning Alexandre Bonnard to 6 months in prison with a modified sentence (a bracelet) and a weapon ban for 5 years. He will be followed at the JAP in Amiens, residing in the Somme. Same sentence for Damien Objois who will be summoned to Beauvais.
The defendants are ordered to pay jointly to the civil party 3,500 euros for Jules and 1,000 euros to each of the two parents for their moral damage and 800 euros according to article 475.1 for the defense costs of the plaintiffs. Not to mention the procedural costs which amount to 127 euros.
