In a prefectural decree taken on December 19, the state representative in Oise prohibits:
- From 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday December 31, 2024 until 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday January 1, 2025: the purchase, sale, possession, transport and use offireworks and pyrotechnic articles categories 2 and 3 appearing on the list established by the decree of December 14, 2021 throughout the territory of the municipalities of the Oise department. Only people who can justify their use as part of a pyrotechnic show and people who can justify their use as part of a fireworks display previously declared and authorized by the mayor of the municipality will benefit from an exemption.
- From 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday December 31, 2024 until 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday January 1, 2025: the distribution, transport, sale and purchase of chemical, flammable or explosive productsin liquid, solid or gaseous form (in particular: fuelhydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, soda, sodium chlorate, methylated spirits and solvents) in drums or transportable containers, in commercial establishments or in service stations located in the Oise department. Managers of service stations, particularly those with automated fuel dispensing devices or pumps, must post the prefectural decree
- From 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 until 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 1, 2025: all takeaway sales of alcoholic drinks groups 3 to 5 and any consumption of alcoholic beverages from groups 3 to 5.
