“The flagrant procedure carried out by the Clermont research brigade made it possible to arrest an individual placed in police custody,” specifies Frédéric Trinh, public prosecutor in Beauvais. “The alteration of his discernment was retained after psychiatric expertise. He was referred on Saturday November 16 to the Beauvais public prosecutor’s office.”
