Zacharie Szwarc, 26, graduated as an audiologist in 2019, created his first Audio Care+ hearing center, with his brother Samuel, a graduate of EM Lyon (grande commerce school), in December 2022, at 14 rue de Creil in Chantilly.
Ruben, his second brother, himself a qualified audiologist, joins the team in 2023. Szwarc is a well-known name in Chantilly, since their father, Stéphane Szwarc, works in the horse world. After opening his own hearing centers in Chantilly, Clermont, and soon Crépy-en-Valois, today, Zacharie is developing his own franchise concept. The first two will open soon. But it doesn’t stop there! Always present at the store, and passionate about his job, he needs to pass on his know-how and knowledge.

We have an increasing demand. Our customers come from far away, because they find better follow-up with us, and we try to be 40% less expensive than our colleagues, while offering efficient, rechargeable and invisible devices, even with “no charge” ( 100% healthy). We have a very important role with regard to our patients. We take time with them. It starts with a simple screening and thorough verification. If the patient experiences a hearing problem, we take care of everything.
We make an appointment for him at the ENT, where he arrives with a first report of our findings. We then hear from him. We accompany him on this real journey of care. He then has the leisure for several weeks to try on our prostheses. Once fitted, we follow up after one month, three months and six months (or more if necessary). In the end, he only pays for his equipment. Everything else is free. We try to be partners with all mutual insurance companies, so that the remaining costs are as low as possible. We facilitate all administrative procedures. We work as a family, and we consider our patients as members of our family and we will always try to do everything to meet their hearing, financial, etc. needs.

Are you also a trainer recognized by the ARS?
I am keen to pass on my know-how and the values necessary to work well. I am recognized by the ARS (Regional Health Agency) to train and grade interns as part of their studies (alternation, French school intern, Spanish school intern, etc.). I train them in my own way, in order to recruit them with diploma in hand so that they can open their own hearing center. I know their training, they work my way! In full development of the Audio Care+ network, I can trust them. In September 2025, the first franchise (non-family) opens in Cagnes-sur-Mer, headed by Cécile, a former intern whom I trained and who is very competent.

When you walk through the door of your Hearing Audio Care+ center, the warm atmosphere is immediately apparent. As soon as you arrive, you can’t miss the smiles of Noémie, Esra and Zacharie.
They then accompany you to the waiting room, while presenting you with a menu of delicacies. You have the choice between different coffees, teas and syrups, which you can enjoy comfortably in front of the television while waiting for your appointment.
What are your goals?
We want to cover the territory of Oise, opening other hearing centers. We also have a lot of applications from other than our interns, we take our time, because it is very important that they acquire the same philosophy and the same working methods as us. I am lucky to have an excellent partner through Banque Populaire, Quartier Latin in Paris. Catherine, our advisor, has always followed us and still supports us a lot today.
